I had big plans to make a frozen ice cream treat in July but somehow between work, DIY at home and nights at the pub, the month got away from me. Instead, I got creative with what I had in the house and made a frozen cocktail (unique, huh?)
1) Pour a good glug of Malibu into the mixing container
2) Toss in a few pieces of frozen pineapple
4) Add more pineapple and continue to blend until it tastes just right
5) Pour into a glass & enjoy!
