Erla’s 2nd February- Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza


  • 1 (9 oz) package brownie mix
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 3 bananas, sliced into 1/4 slices
  • 1/2 cup orange or lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 (1 oz) squares semi sweet chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons butter


  • Prepare brownie batter according to directions and spread into a greased 12-in pizza pan
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.  Cool completely on a wire rack
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth.  Spread over the cooled crust

  • Toss bananas with juice and drain well.  Arrange bananas over cream cheese mixture.  Sprinkle with peanuts

  • Melt chocolate and butter.  Drizzle over bananas.  Refrigerate until chocolate is set
