When people win awards you often hear them ‘give all the praise to Jesus’. Well, when it comes to brownies, i ‘give all the praise to Jerry’…actually, to Jerry’s mom. This may be the best brownie recipe i have ever tried. Enjoy!

1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 &1/4 cups flour

3/4 teaspoon instant coffee
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate bits at end
1 &1/2 cups chopped walnuts at end
Melt the butter, chocolate bits & coffee together in a pan (constantly mix with a wooden spoon so it doesn’t stick to the pan). Let it sit a few minutes to cool.
Beat the eggs with a fork and add to the pan & stir them until they are mixed with the ingredients in the pan.
Add the vanilla &baking soda to the pan and stir them in.
Add the sugar to the pan and mix until dissolved.

Add ten ounces of Semi-sweet chocolates and mix them in with a wooden spoon.
Finally add chopped walnuts.
Put mixture in 9×12 greased pan (I use tin-foil) and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Let them Cool and put them in the freezer for 25 minutes and then cut them into 24 squares.
